  • Aufgabe im Forschungsprojekt „Ernst Haeckel (1834-1919) als Botaniker“

    Ernst Haeckel schenkte sein persönliches Herbarium mit ca. 12.000 Belegen im Jahr 1912 dem Herbarium Haussknecht. Dort wurde Haeckels Sammlung in den 1950- Jahren in die Generalsammlung einsortiert, dabei wurden ca. 4300 Arten davon in ein Verzeichnis aufgenommen, das mit der Schreibmaschine und per Hand geschrieben wurde. Zu den Nummern/Belegen im Verzeichnis sind Daten über Artname, Synonymie, Sammler, Fundort und Funddatum, Blütezeit, Verbreitung und Bemerkungen vorhanden. Nicht für alle Nummern sind die Angaben vollständig, teilweise sind z.B. nur Artnamen erwähnt.

    Meine Aufgabe ist, die Daten dieses Verzeichnis in eine Excel-Tabelle zu übertragen. Die Gattungs- und Artnamen werden, wenn nötig, korrigiert, anhand von Datenbanken aktualisiert und mit Familienname und Links ergänzt. Für die im Verzeichnis erwähnten Sammler wird eine eigene Tabelle erstellt, in der Lebensdaten, Beispiele aus dem Verzeichnis und Bemerkungen zusammengefasst werden. Einige Daten zu den Belegen im Verzeichnis, zum Beispiel Verbreitung, Blütezeit und Synonymie, wurden von Haeckel wahrscheinlich mit Angaben aus der Literatur auf den Etiketten ergänzt. Wenn möglich, werden diese Daten aus dem Verzeichnis mit den Werken aus Ernst Haeckels Jugendbibliothek (z.B. Endlicher, 1841; Koch, 1846) verglichen und in der Tabelle ergänzt.
